A 45-year-old Diabetic patient visited the OPD.
He had used new slippers and mentioned that they had caused a wound, saying the 'slippers bit him'.
He didn't feel any pain, so he ignored the wound.
After 3-4 days, the swelling, redness, and darkening of the affected area increased.
