Tomorrow Morning's Task: Check Your Pulse
As soon as you wake up, do a 1-minute Pulse Check.
This is not just a number… It's your heart's daily "status update."
Why do it?
Morning Pulse = Resting Heart Rate (RHR) After waking up from sleep, the body is completely calm. Therefore, this is your heart's true baseline.
How to do it?
* Place 2 fingers on your wrist or neck. * Count beats for 60 seconds = bpm.
If you have a Smartwatch, you'll get the reading in a few seconds.
Normal range:
* 60–80 bpm → Normal * Those who do Regular exercise → 50–60 bpm
When to pay attention?
* Frequently 90+ bpm → indicates stress / less sleep / lifestyle imbalance * Consistently 100+ bpm → consult a doctor
Why is it important?
1. Signs of Stress, sleep, and fatigue are all visible here. 2. If you track the trend, your body gives signals in advance.
Start from tomorrow morning.
Your morning pulse is your true baseline. It reflects stress, recovery, and heart fitness. Track it daily; trends reveal what numbers don’t.
