Understanding the Difference Between "Mindfull" and "Mindful"

Just For Hearts1 min read

Many people get confused between "Mindfull" and "Mindful."

Mindfull vs Mindful – just one L makes a whole LIFE difference!

Here's a simple, fun Marathi post to clearly explain these two words.

So how do you understand the difference? Let's look at some fun examples:

🍽️ While eating: • Mindfull: Holding your phone, TV on, mind worried about tomorrow – where is the taste? • Mindful: Took the first bite, smelled it, experienced the taste – mind satisfied!

🚶 While walking: • Mindfull: Walking but not paying attention to where you place your feet – watch out for potholes! • Mindful: Smelling the rain, hearing birds, a little smile… walking is meditation!

🛏️ While sleeping: • Mindfull: Traffic of thoughts in the head – where is the sleep? • Mindful: Took 3 breaths… mind calm… and sweet sleep!

🧹 While working: • Mindfull: 10 tabs, 5 notifications, zero focus! • Mindful: One task, full focus – productivity excellent!

🎯 In short: • Mindfull = Overthinking mode ON • Mindful = Peace mode ON

Which L is your day in – MindFULL or Mindful?

Write in the reply – and live tomorrow with full attention!
