Just For Hearts1 min read

Can you stand on one leg? This simple yet effective Single-Leg Stance Test helps assess your body's balance, muscle strength, and brain-body coordination.

Instructions: - Stand with your eyes open, hands on your hips, in fresh air and sunlight.

Ideal balance times: - Age 20–39: Average 42 seconds (acceptable 30–40 seconds) - Age 40–59: Average 37 seconds (acceptable 20–30 seconds) - Age 60+: Average 25 seconds (acceptable 10–20 seconds)

If you wobble within 10 seconds, it indicates a need to improve brain-muscle coordination.

30+ seconds means good balance and a higher chance of longevity!

If you can stand less than 10–15 seconds, the risk is higher and balance improvement is necessary.

Start today – practice 1 minute daily! Stand near a wall, lift one leg, and time yourself. Daily practice = better balance = stronger aging.

"Your leg balance reflects your future – start now!"
