Why Does Acidity Not Reduce Even After Taking 2 Pills?

Is your acidity not reducing even after taking 2 pills?

This is not just a simple issue of 'gas'; it is your body's warning bell!

1. Burning sensation in the chest after waking up? This could be the first sign of Hyperacidity starting in your body! Usually, acid secretion increases on an empty stomach → mucosa weakens → burning, nausea, fatigue, headache.

2. The misconception that "it's just because of eating spicy or tangy food" is wrong. Often, late meals, eating fruits or drinking tea on an empty stomach, skipping meals, or overthinking and anxiety also worsen acidity.

3. Some food components have hidden acidic triggers: - Oranges, tomatoes, garlic, coffee, tea, diluted pickles, fried snacks → increase acid secretion. Try a "low-acid" diet for 7–10 days; you will definitely notice a difference!

4. For those who say "I took a lot of medicine but no difference," the problem may be hypersecretion, wrong timing, or low B12 causing gastritis. Tests: H. Pylori, Serum Gastrin, B12, Endoscopy as needed.

5. Experiencing acidity twice a day? The reasons are habits: - Eating late at night - Delaying eating even when hungry - More than 3 cups of tea/coffee daily - Using laptop/mobile immediately before sleep

6. Natural remedies like lukewarm water with dry ginger (sunth) and turmeric in the morning have been clinically effective in reducing acidity. They strengthen the digestive lining → regulate secretion → start healing.

7. If you don't feel hungry in the morning or food tastes bland, acidity has already become chronic!

8. Even while on medication, maintaining the same lifestyle is like filling a bucket with holes! Medicine + Meal timing + Sleep hygiene + Stress detox = the 'Treatment Team.'

9. Taking painkillers, antibiotics, or excessive caffeine during hyperacidity worsens the lining → leads to chronic Gastritis or Ulcer.

10. The only way out of all this: Awareness → Action.

Acidity is not a lifelong punishment of pills; it is a condition that can be improved!
