Cow Milk or Buffalo Milk: Which is Better?
Cow Milk or Buffalo Milk: Which is Better?
1. Cow Milk: Thin, pale white, lower fat content (3–4%), easy to digest.
Suitable for young children, elderly, those trying to lose weight, and people with acidity.
2. Buffalo Milk: Thick, dense, higher fat content (6–8%).
Provides strength but is harder to digest.
Beneficial for laborers and those who want to gain weight.
3. If you have acidity, sleep problems, bloating, or are gaining weight, limit buffalo milk or choose cow milk.
4. Cow milk calms the body and is more beneficial for people with a warm body constitution.
5. Avoid buffalo milk at night as it takes longer to digest.
6. If you feel heaviness, sleeplessness, or stomach pain after drinking milk, do not ignore these signs.
Whether milk is good or bad depends on your body.
