LPG cylinder delays? Perhaps this is the time to experiment with OMAD (One Meal A Day)! 😊

This is light humor, but there's a practical thought behind it 👇

OMAD is very popular nowadays. But for us, this is not a new thing; Ekabhukti is our traditional method.

What is OMAD? One balanced, complete meal a day.

When? Generally in the afternoon (12–2), the body is ready for digestion.

Throughout the day? Water, lemon water, buttermilk, herbal tea – hydration is important.

If done correctly, some benefits may be seen: * Improved insulin sensitivity * Helps reduce bloating and weight * Body may feel lighter and mind clearer

But remember: OMAD means one meal = not overeating. It should be balanced, planned, and mindful.

Initially: You might feel fatigue, acidity. When to stop? If you feel dizziness, weakness, or a sugar drop.

Who is it not suitable for? Pregnant women, lactating mothers, adolescents, those with low weight or serious illnesses.

Diabetes / Heart patients 👉 Start only after consulting your doctor regularly.

Finally, Don't do it as a trend… try it as a small experiment. Listen to what your body tells you.

Today's question: Are you ready to try OMAD for 1-2 days? 👍 Yes, definitely 🙂 Maybe 🤔 No
