Understanding and Overcoming Constipation: 5 Essential Tips
Many people think, "I don't have constipation, it just takes a little effort!" However, this mindset often leads to gradual dependence on laxatives, powders, and medicines.
Medicines alone are not enough to solve daily toilet struggles. It's important to understand "What is wrong in my lifestyle?"
❌ Today Ayurveda, tomorrow Homeopathy, then Allopathy medicines... ❌ Tried pills, powders, triphala, isabgol – everything. ❌ Still sometimes loose motion, sometimes nothing!
📍 When the brain does not get the "signal" every morning, no pill works!
✅ To truly improve, focus on these 5 fundamental points:
1️⃣ Keep the "Gut-Brain Axis" active Morning time, natural signals, drinking water and walking a bit.
2️⃣ Improve Pelvic Floor & Rectal Angle Use a stool (footrest) beside Western toilets. A "squat-like position" is the most natural.
3️⃣ Do Defecation Reflex Training Set a fixed time. No mobile phone. Just listen to your body. Even if nothing happens for a day or two...
4️⃣ Movement is more important than Fiber People who exercise regularly and walk do not get constipation even without fiber.
5️⃣ Improve Stress and Sleep Constipation is a nervous system response. Continuous worry and lack of sleep act as poison for the bowel.
📌 Stop relying on pills. Bring synchronization into your system. That is the real cure for constipation.
