Test Your Shoulder Strength with a 1-Minute Water Bottle Hold

Just For Hearts1 min read

How to do it? - Take a filled water bottle (about 1 liter) in one hand. - Extend your arm straight forward at shoulder height. - Time yourself for 1 minute.

What does it mean? - If you can hold it easily for 1 minute → Good shoulder endurance. - If you get tired between 30-60 seconds → Average strength, but can improve. - If you stop before 30 seconds → Weak shoulders, need exercise.

Benefits: 1. You can check your shoulder strength. 2. Reduces strain on shoulders during daily activities. 3. Improves posture and stability.

Precautions: - Do not do if you have pain or injury. - Do not move your arm too far back or up. - If the weight feels light, increase the time.

Try it and share your time in the comments! Although this fitness test is simple, the results are important.
