Sweet Tea Without Sugar: A Healthy Habit for Body and Mind

Just For Hearts2 min read

Sweet Tea Without Sugar ☕ For the body and mind!

At first, it may feel a bit different, but after a few days, you will realize that this new habit is a gift for your body and a new ritual for your mind!

Why start? 1. Sweetness from spices instead of sugar: Tea masala, especially cardamom (veldoda), naturally sweetens your tea. Similarly, cinnamon, ginger, dry ginger, and mace also enhance the flavor. Without adding sugar, the tea tastes sweet!

2. Impact of sugar on health: Daily 2 cups of tea × 2 teaspoons sugar = 3 kg of sugar in a year! This sugar increases extra fat in the body, blood sugar levels, and the risk of heart disease.

3. What is true sweetness? Maintaining health, reducing fatigue, controlling weight. This is the real 'sweet' result.

4. How to start? • First, reduce sugar by 1/2 teaspoon • Then increase tea masala • Gradually stop sugar completely

5. Milk or decoction? Both options are good, just avoid sugar. Make masala decoction or milk tea with cardamom.

6. Use homemade tea masala: Use masala without sugar. A mixture of cardamom, dry ginger, and cinnamon makes the tea taste naturally sweet.

7. What does it take? • Only willpower! • When spices replace sugar, the taste also feels good.

8. Cost? You actually save the cost of sugar! And diseases caused by sugar are also prevented.

9. Side effects? None, only initially the taste feels different. Within 7–10 days, you can forget sugar!

10. Long-term benefits: • Weight control • Diabetes control • Beneficial for skin • Mental clarity • Breaking sugar addiction

❤️ Sweetness is not always in sugar... Sometimes it is in habits! Learn to accept sweetness For yourself, for your health.
