Are you vegetarian? Then make sure to include these B12-rich foods in your diet!

1. Milk – 1-2 glasses daily; a natural source of B12 2. Yogurt – an easy way to get B12 along with digestion 3. Cheese/Paneer – protein plus B12; especially Swiss and Mozzarella 4. Fortified cereals – ready for breakfast 5. Fortified plant milks – Almond, soy, oat milk; look for 'B12 added' label 6. Nutritional yeast – adds flavor plus B12; use on pizza or pasta 7. Fortified tofu – a vegan source of B12 8. Mushrooms – limited but natural source 9. B12 supplements – take regularly as advised by your doctor

When buying fortified milk, cereals, plant milks, or tofu, check the package for “Fortified with B12” label. These are easily available in supermarkets or online grocery apps.

Strict vegetarian diets tend to be low in B12. Get tested every 6 months and take supplements if needed.

"Getting enough B12 is essential – if you want to avoid fatigue, improving your diet is a must!"
