Bridge Exercise: Simple Yet Powerful for Back, Core, and Hips
Today's Task
How to do it? * Lie on your back, bend your knees. * Feet flat on the floor. * As you inhale, lift your Hips up. * Keep your shoulders to knees in a straight line. * Hold for 5–10 seconds → slowly come down.
Repeat 10–15 times × 1–2 sets (1–2 times a day).
Why do it? (Benefits) * Reduces lower back pain / back pain (improves Spine Stability). * Strengthens Core (mid-section muscles) → improves Posture. * Strengthens Hips + Pelvic Muscles → increases Stability. * Makes walking, standing, sitting easier. * Light exercise → improves Mood + Energy.
Who should be careful / avoid it? * Severe lower back pain / Slip Disc Acute Stage. * Recent Surgery. * If Pain increases during exercise → stop immediately.
Aim for at least 10 Reps today and try doing it continuously for 7 days; you will feel the difference.
