Bridge Exercise What it is, how to do it, and its benefits?

How to do it: - Lie on your back on a mat. - Bend both knees and keep your feet flat on the ground. - Keep your arms straight by your sides. - While breathing in, lift your hips so that your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees. - Hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower down. - Repeat 10-15 times, 1-2 times a day.

Special Benefits: 1. Spine stability: Relieves stress on the lower back and spine, reducing back pain complaints. 2. Core strengthening: Strengthens core muscles, helping maintain spinal balance. 3. Pelvic floor strengthening: Supports pelvic floor muscles, which can reduce urinary control and bowel issues. 4. Improves stability in walking and standing, making daily activities easier. 5. Boosts mood and energy: Light exercise naturally increases endorphins, improving mood.

Precautions: - Stop immediately if pain increases. - Consult a doctor or physiotherapist if you have knee or lower back pain.
