Lean Against the Wall and Turn Towards Health!
Leaning against the wall and turning towards better health!
Constantly using mobile phones, laptops, or sitting hunched in a chair not only affects your neck but also disrupts your entire body's posture.
However, there is a simple exercise called Wall Slides that realigns your back, shoulders, and neck effectively!
Who is this useful for? - People who sit continuously on laptops/computers - Those suffering from back pain or shoulder pain - Anyone wanting to improve their posture - Office workers, students, homemakers – everyone!
How to do it? 1. Stand near a wall. Press your head, back, and lower back against the wall. 2. Raise both arms in a 'W' shape and press them against the wall. 3. While breathing in, slide your arms up to form a 'U' or 'Y' shape. 4. Slowly bring your arms back down. 5. Repeat this up-and-down movement 10 times.
Doing this 2-3 times a day is ideal!
Benefits: - Increases shoulder flexibility - Keeps your back straight - Maintains the natural curve of your neck - Improves posture - Helps relieve mobile phone hangover
Who should do this? This exercise is suitable for all age groups. However, if you have severe shoulder pain, serious neck conditions, or recent surgery, consult your doctor first.
So start today! Lean on the wall and take a strong step towards health.
