The Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose, also known as Viparita Karani, is a simple yoga exercise with many benefits.
What is this exercise? - Lie down near a wall and place both legs straight up against the wall. - Keep your entire body relaxed and breathe regularly.
Benefits – many and significant: 1. Reduces swelling and fatigue in the legs, improves blood circulation. 2. Decreases stress on the heart – excellent for relaxation. 3. How long to practice initially? - 5 to 10 minutes daily. - Can increase up to 15 minutes if possible. - Best done before sleeping or after tiredness.
