If You Want to Reduce Sugar Levels...
If you want to reduce sugar levels, start with this '3 Point Therapy' first, then focus on diet, questions, medicines, and dose adjustments.
1. Walk for 20-30 minutes in the morning → Insulin sensitivity is highest in the morning. Walking helps muscles use glucose effectively. This is the true natural medicine!
2. Have lunch between 12:30 and 1:30 pm → Eating late puts extra burden on the body, and sugar-rich foods stay longer in the blood. Timely, homemade, low-oil meals prevent blood sugar spikes.
3. Stop eating after 8 pm; only water or herbal tea → Food eaten before sleep cannot be fully metabolized, causing high sugar levels even in the morning. Sleeping on an empty stomach gives rest to the brain, liver, and intestines.
