Starting Intermittent Fasting but Giving Up in Two Days? Here's Why

Just For Hearts1 min read

Many people start Intermittent Fasting (IF) but quit within two days because they begin it the wrong way.

Intermittent Fasting is not just about counting hours; it's about understanding your body's hunger and increasing flexibility.

Instead of focusing on fasting hours, start with observation:

- When do you really feel hungry? - After waking up, do you need to eat immediately or is it just a habit?

These are the first steps to upgrading your fasting practice.

Practical steps to begin with: 1. Have your dinner 30 minutes earlier. 2. Don't skip breakfast immediately; delay it a little based on your hunger. 3. Avoid eating every 3 hours; pay attention to true hunger. 4. Maintain good sleep and hydration. 5. Follow these steps for 1–2 weeks before starting IF.

Remember, "Listen to your body, set rules" is the true philosophy of IF.

IF is a powerful tool useful for Diabetes, PCOS, Obesity, and Fatty Liver. But without the proper flow, side effects can occur.

Upgrade your fasting only after your body and mind are ready.

Start, practice, then upgrade.
